1. Service Usage

Zubi Company reserves the right to reject or cancel any booking without prior notice.

Services are subject to availability of our partners/staff.

2. Payments & Charges

All payments must be made in advance or as per the method allowed by Zubi Company.

Prices may change anytime without prior notice.

Service fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Zubi Company cancels the service.

Any additional charges (taxes, convenience fees, etc.) will be borne by the customer.

3. Company Profit & Commission

 

Zubi Company will charge a service fee/commission on every transaction.

 

Service providers/partners agree that Zubi Company’s share (commission/profit) will be deducted before payment settlement.

 

The commission percentage is decided solely by Zubi Company and may change without prior consent.

 

4. User Responsibilities

 

Users must not misuse the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes.

 

Customers are responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for service delivery.

 

Any damage, misuse, or false complaint may lead to penalty or permanent ban.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

 

Cancellations by users may attract cancellation charges decided by Zubi Company.

 

Refunds (if any) will be processed as per company policy and timelines.

 

Zubi Company’s decision on refunds will be final and binding.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

 

Zubi Company acts as a platform connecting users with service providers.

 

We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss/damage caused during service.

 

Maximum liability of Zubi Company will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific service.

7. Intellectual Property

 

All logos, brand names, and content on our website/app belong to Zubi Company.

 

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

 

8. Termination

 

Zubi Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user or partner account without prior notice if terms are violated.

 

9. Dispute Resolution

 

Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of [Your City/Court Name].
